These videos on the screen guide the learner to deep breathe at the rate of 4 breaths per minute. The practitioner uses the video for screen guidance with eyes open. Ideally eyes should be closed during the deep breathing session. When the user does not need screen guidance any more, eyes should be kept closed during the practice of deep breathing.
