Videos are presented for self learning of deep breathing. The videos on the screen guide the learner to deep breathe at different rates. An individual can choose the rate to suit his/her lung capacity. Different videos are presented for practice sessions of 2, 5, 10, 15 and 20 minutes. Young learners can start with 2 minute sessions and work their way up while adults can start at 10 minute sessions and work their way up to 20 minute practice sessions. Just follow the instructions included in the video.
